How it works
After your call, we explain each step and agree on all the details. Next, you remotely sign the authorization — through electronic services, without the need to travel to Canada.
We collect the body from the place of death, take care of the preparation — washing, dressing, placing in the coffin. We obtain the medical certificate, register the death, and conduct the cremation at the appropriate crematorium.
After cremation, we receive the urn and all documents, legalize them, prepare permits for transportation across the border, and deliver the ashes to you in Ukraine.
How much does it cost
The average cost of cremation in Canada for Ukrainian citizens is from 3,800 to 4,800 euros. This amount includes the transportation of the body within Canada, conducting the cremation, arranging all documents, a standard urn, interaction with the consulate, and delivering the ashes to Ukraine.
The final price depends on the region, the format of farewell, and additional wishes from the family — for example, a personalized urn, religious service, or musical accompaniment. All these details are discussed in advance and fixed before the work begins. No unforeseen expenses after signing the agreements.
How long does cremation take
In standard cases — from 5 to 7 days, considering the completion of all documents. If the death is related to a traffic accident or legal proceedings, the timelines may be longer — due to the need for forensic examination and obtaining the necessary permits.

If necessary, the deceased can be dressed — you can provide us with clothing, or we can assist with the selection.
Transporting the urn with ashes to Ukraine
For the transportation of ashes across the border, we will prepare a full package of documents: medical death certificate, official certificate, cremation certificate, permit from the sanitary-epidemiological service, certificate of absence of foreign inclusions, and consular document.
