How it works
After your call, we explain each step and agree on all the details. Then you sign the authorization remotely — through electronic services, without the need to travel to Norway.
We pick up the body from the place of death, take care of the preparation — washing, dressing, placing in the coffin. We obtain the medical certificate, register the death, and conduct the cremation at the appropriate crematorium.
After the cremation — we receive the urn and all documents, legalize them, prepare permits for transportation across the border, and deliver the ashes to you in Ukraine.
How much does it cost
The average cost of cremation in Norway for Ukrainian citizens is from 3,800 to 4,800 euros. This amount includes the transportation of the body within Norway, cremation, preparation of all documents, standard urn, interaction with the consulate, and delivery of the ashes to Ukraine.
The final price depends on the region, farewell format, and additional wishes of the family — for example, individual urn, religious service, or musical accompaniment. All this is discussed in advance and fixed before starting work. No unexpected expenses after signing the agreements.
How long does cremation take
In standard cases — from 5 to 7 days, including the processing of all documents. If the death is related to a traffic accident or a criminal proceeding, the timeline may be longer — due to the need for a forensic examination and obtaining the appropriate permits.

Can you say goodbye before cremation
Yes. The family has the opportunity to conduct a farewell ceremony before the cremation — in a special morgue hall or ritual room. This service is paid separately and is organized at your request.
If necessary, you can dress the deceased — provide us with clothing, or we can help with the selection.
Transportation of the urn with ashes to Ukraine
To transport the ashes across the border, we will prepare a complete package of documents: a medical death certificate, a certified copy of the death certificate, a cremation certificate, a permit from the sanitary-epidemiological service, a certificate of absence of foreign items, and a consular document.
