How much does it cost in 2026?

The cost of repatriating a body from Germany to Ukraine in 2026 — from 1,200 to 1,900 euros. This amount includes a complete package of documents, body preparation, coffin for international transportation, and delivery to the destination in Ukraine.

The price depends on the city in Germany where the tragedy occurred and where the body needs to be delivered in Ukraine. Additional services — embalming, farewell ceremony — are agreed separately.

If the deceased was insured — we will prepare all documents for the insurance company. In such cases, transportation can be completely free for the family.

How long does it take?

Can the body be collected from Germany by oneself?

No. For international repatriation, official documents, specialized transport, and permits from sanitary authorities are required. This can only be carried out by a licensed funeral home.
